The apartment has been fully renovated in 2020 on the constant alternation of whites and blacks, softened by intermediate tones of greys, which give it a remarkable personality. Located on the ground floor with indipendent entrace, facing a closed very quite street. We are in Cannaregio district, the northernmost of the six historic sestieri (districts) of Venice’s historic city. The location, near to Guglie bridge is perfect to explore Venice historical centre by walk or all islands in the Venetian Lagoon (Murano, Lido, Burano) with the waterbus "vaporetto" (2 vaporetto stops near by the apartment). The area is very quite, a bit apart from tourist main route but still very close to all main sightseeing. In the neighboured you will find all you need, restaurants, bars, groceries, fruit and vegetables market, pharmacies and many other shops. Other major art cities in Italy can be easily reach by high speed train from “Santa Lucia” railway station or by car/bus (from Piazzale Roma).
The apartment has everything you need. It is on the 2nd floor of a 4-floor building surrounded by a park. Shops, pizzerias, cafes, and a pharmacy are in the vicinity. There is free parking behind the building. Jesolo ( a sea coast town ) is 30 km, Venice is 40 km,(best reached by train), Treviso airport is 20 km, Noventa di Piave shopping outlet is 10 km from there. The train station is 800 metres away. The bus stop is opposite the street with buses to Treviso, Jesolo, Noventa di Piave.

The common areas include lockers, conference room, TV room with theater seating, 2 kitchens (some free food in the "shared" section), showers with free toiletries, fast WIFI, and iMac computers. We uphold strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am and do not permit non-registered guests, nor covering the pods for privacy. The entire property is co-ed. We do not allow minors to stay with us. You must be 18 and older in order to be a guest.
