If that is not enough, we are only a 10-minute walk from Calangute Beach. This Tuscan style vacation rental has luxury amenities, attentive staff, and nine bedrooms for up to 30 guests. Reserve this beautifully appointed property for a family reunion, a sun-kissed birthday destination, or an anniversary celebration. You won't be disappointed. The accommodation is self-catered, whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities, but no meals or room service. This villa is a 10-minute walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 9 AC bedrooms, and 9 en suite bathrooms with a private swimming pool. Free WiFi with 30 to 50 Mbps speed. The villa has four king-size beds and 10 single beds. On request, single beds can be joined and covered with 1-inch foam, converting them to a king-size bed. Check in time is 1 p.m., and check out time is 10 a.m. Flexibility is based on availability. Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and are not changed for stays of three nights or less. If required, linens, bath towels, and swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day. 24-hour power backup (inverter + generator onsite). Parking is compounded for three cars. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, a mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner prepared by professional cooks for an extra cost.
