A manor house dating back to 1900 and several adjoining buildings give home to 8 independent Suites for vacation rentals. Surrounded by 800 square meters of lush gardens, our Suites are the most peaceful and special place to live in the vibrating colonial town of Quito, a UNESCO cultural heritage site! The buildings have been carefully renovated to conserve its cultural important character and the interior of the Suites combines traditional building methods such as thick adobe walls and wood with contemporary elements. All Suites are fully furnished, have modern bathrooms and kitchen facilities, cozy bedding and towels, an ecological wood burning stove and wireless internet access. Cleaning service once a week is included. All Suites have a private terrace or porch with garden view and the tenants may use shared spaces such as sitting areas and a gazebo with hammocks and BBQ.
