It features both outdoor and indoor spaces and hosts many premium events throughout the year, ranging from campus talks with notable figures to workshops, hackathons, and business talks. The venue also operates without a subscription; you can simply purchase food or a drink to gain entry and work. However, AI9 does not stay open late, and sometimes the entire building gets booked for private events.
