A 100 year-old courtyard residence - previously home to a Gujarathi family with origins in the migration of traders (after Ghazni's conquest) from Gujarat to Kozhikode who set down roots in Kozhikode, encouraged by the progressive Zamorin king - renovated with due respect to its context, retaining the rustic ambience. Design Ashram was started with the aim of setting a cornerstone for a community of like minded individuals to bond, share and brainstorm around a beautiful Peepal tree courtyard. ***Property Policies & Conditions: 1.
