Description

Bella Flor is a family-run Colombian hostel in Palomino, created as a welcoming home for travelers who want to slow down, stay a little longer and experience the destination beyond a short visit. Built with wood, palm and bamboo and surrounded by tropical greenery, Bella Flor combines private and shared rooms with open-air common areas, hammocks, gardens and quiet corners where guests can work, read, rest or simply enjoy the rhythm of Palomino. Our idea is simple: A House with Soul. A place where you can feel at home for a while, while staying connected to the Caribbean, the river, the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and everyday life in town. Bella Flor is especially suited to independent travelers, remote workers and slow travelers looking for a more personal alternative to a conventional hotel or standardized coliving space. When the laptop closes, Palomino is right outside: the beach, the river, tubing, surfing, local food and easy access to some of the natural landscapes of La Guajira and the Sierra Nevada region. Bella Flor is also home to our resident dogs and cats, who are part of the everyday life of the house. Guests who enjoy animals, nature and a relaxed atmosphere tend to feel especially at home here.
