Digital Nomad Guide: Lancaster
Lancaster, one of only 13 locations in England having Heritage City designation, is home to a theatre that goes back to King George III's reign, a port on the River Lune that used to be one of the busiest in Britain, and the Pendle Witch Trials site. The streets of the city are lined with historically significant and culturally aspirational structures. For example, a visit to Williamson Park in the summer for an open-air theatre with breathtaking vistas would be incomplete without a stop at The Dukes for a live performance and a movie.
