How does it work?
After signing up, your Concierge will contact you to arrange a video call. You'll walk them through your material — photos, room list, current rates, and marketing copy. See our Preparation Checklist for the full list.
Your Concierge prepares and uploads everything, chases you for any missing details, and shares a draft for your approval. When you're satisfied, they turn the listing live.

Must I use a Concierge to get listed?
No — Nomad Stays is a self-listing platform and our Help Centre guides you through every step. The Concierge service is there if you'd prefer to hand it off to an expert.

How many changes can I make each month?
Ongoing subscribers receive one Concierge-assisted update session per month. You can always make your own changes between sessions.

Will you take photos of my Stay?
Photo shoots are not currently included. We will, however, edit your existing photos to look their best and advise you on angles and lighting to improve future shots.

Can you fix mistakes in my listing?
Yes. Technical corrections are covered each month (ongoing plans) or during the initial setup (Initial Listing plan). For pricing and marketing content we'll offer suggestions, but the final decision is always yours.

How long does the subscription run?
Monthly and annual subscriptions continue until you cancel. The Initial Listing plan is a one-time charge with no ongoing commitment.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Contact us and we'll cancel your subscription for you — no further charges will be made.
