Other things to note: MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY. 2 DOG MAXIMUM. Sorry, no cats. Lawn care included. All utilities included up to $125 per month. Any excess will be billed to guest. MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY. Large dogs ok but insurance forbids certain breeds and mixes, as follows: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Perro de Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Wolf hybrid, Or any mixed breed that includes any of the breeds listed. Additional $40 per month per dog pet rent for guests with dogs. No more than two dogs allowed.
