The house features a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and several bedrooms designed for relaxation. The master bedroom has a private balcony, while the top floor attic offers a trundle bed and a terrace with sun loungers, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The accommodation is designed with digital nomads in mind: it features desks in different rooms and a high-speed 600 Mbps internet connection, ensuring comfortable and functional spaces for uninterrupted working from home. Additionally, the two terraces, the private balcony, and the small entrance garden offer outdoor spaces where you can unwind and enjoy the Atlantic breeze. On the ground floor, guests also have access to a private garage for added convenience and security. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of El Médano, at 39 Mencey de Abona Street, just a five-minute walk from the beach and the main square, where restaurants, cafes, and local shops abound. El Médano is famous for its ideal surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing conditions, and boasts the Montaña Roja Nature Reserve as a backdrop. Tenerife South Airport is just a ten-minute drive away, and the area has bus stops providing easy access to the rest of the island.
