Recently finished in June 2022 , new and stylish first floor apartment. Situated in an excellent residential location, within walking distance to the San Paul's Bay promenade, beaches , cafes ,bus routes and all amenities. The property is located at the heart of San Paul's Bay, the biggest city in Malta! The most convenient way of getting directly to the apartment from the Malta International Airport or ferry terminal is getting a cab. We recommend using either the Uber, Bolt or ECabs apps. You can also take the bus, which is currently the main form of public transport in Malta. However, do keep in mind that there is no direct route to our location from the airport or ferry terminal. You can use https://www.publictransport.com.mt/ to plan the shortest trip. Buses are running between 6:00 a.m. and 23:30 p.m The nearest bus stop is called TONN, and it is situated just 100 m away from our block. Bus routes 41, 42, 49, 221, 222, 223, 225, and 250 all have a stop there and you can easily reach any part of island from our place. Just across the road, 50 m from the apartments you can find the non-expensive and good Italian restaurant La Buona Trattoria del Nonno. You can cross the road to your left and walk down the street Sqaq tax-Xamå to a small sandy beach Il-Bajja tax-Xama, which is right at the beginning of the San Paul’s Bay promenade. Following the promenade, you can find authentic local cafes, and restaurants, as well as local artisan and souvenir shops. There are several mini-markets & grocery shops about 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by walk along Triq San Paul. The nearest supermarket is Piscopo Cash&Carry, and you can get there in about 10 minutes on any bus going in the Bugibba direction. You can opt for your groceries and food via Wolt and Bolt applications which are extremely popular in Malta. There are a lot electric scooters available in St.Paul’s Bay and Bugibba via Bolt and Whizascoot apps. Malta has variety of attractions and plenty of historical sites with scenic views . All water sports, bike and horse riding, hiking and walking tours are always available. Just decide what you want to do today!

GHAJNSIELEM – 10 MINUTES WALK Alternatively walk into Ghajnsielem for plenty of more options set in and around the beautiful Parish Church. There is a wealth of good restaurants in Victoria but note that you will likely pay a tourist premium when eating at locations such as St. George's Square. If you require additional cleaning or linen during your stay, please contact Miriam, you can pay her directly for this service. LAUNDRY Washing machine / drying is in the upstairs bathroom. Provided are White towels for bath/shower; Colored towels for Beach/Pool AIR-CONDITIONING There are handheld remote controls for each room, and a wall mounted control for the kitchen (at the bar area). Mains switches are in each room for the air-conditioning units. Please turn off air-conditioning units when you leave the house - excessive use is bad for the environment and we will charge for it.
