In tourism, it is now called the Dubrovnik Riviera. Visiting Dubrovnik is not a complete pleasure without seeing at least a part of its surroundings: the good land and sea connections offer the possibility of organizing either shorter or longer excursions.
Villa is situated on the peninsula of Lapad, the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik. The surrounding Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation enables you to enjoy almost perfect peace and natural beauty.
The Villa is near to the sandy beach "Sunseat Beach Dubrovnik " 5 minutes walk (300m) from the beach and a promenade where it is pleasant to take a walk, either if it is hot during the summer or during the mild winter. The distance from the Old Town is approximately 2 km, so it is easily accessible by foot or car. In addition, the public transportation service is accessible from the bus stop near our villa. We have a supermarket next to the Guesthouse were you can buy your food and beer at a cheap price and save a lot of money on your trip.
Villa Micika is located in Lapad and this oasis has excellent rooms that cater to sixteen people. Vila is one of Dubrovnik’s best choices for budget accommodation. Funky, clean, character rooms, big lovely terrace with BBQ, FREE fast Wifi ( the speed of Internet is 60 Mbps ) so the accommodation is ideal for long stay for freelancers, digital nomads, entrepreneurs or a traveling couple. Nearby are restaurants, bars, pubs, tennis courts, shopping center and promenade. All rooms have LCD SAT/TV air, air conditioned, and bathrooms with shower cabin.
Villa Micika is open year-round, In the hallway there is a common refrigerator, microwave and water-cooker. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants close to the guesthouse.
The price includes all utility costs (water/electricity), bed linen, towels, personal locker and final clean-up. It also includes a tourist tax.
If you are coming to Dubrovnik for a conference we are only a 10 minute walk to the Hotel Dubrovnik Palace and Hotel President Dubrovnik convention center and we are a five minute drive to the Hotel Hilton Imperial, Grand Villa Argentina and Excelsior convention Center.

During your stay in in Dubrovnik we recommend that you a visit to Dubrovnik City Walls, the island of Lokrum, Trsteno and the Arboretum, Ston and the Ston Walls, City of Korcula as well as National Park of Mljet- on the island of Mljet.

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Old Town Dubrovnik. Wide street, parallel to the main promenade Stradun ( 80 m ).
The street is closed at one end, allowing a much quieter life in the apartment.
A beautiful stone house on the second floor & accessible from the sidewalk as the house is on the same level as the main street. So, this means no climbing the steeps and narrow streets of Dubrovnik.
Studio-Apartment is ideal for 2 persons. It has a living room with a kitchen and bathroom. A real bed 147x208 cm (new 2015.) and bed/sofa 118x205 cm.
A completely renovated in 2018, this air-conditioned studio features free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and a kitchen including a fridge, stove and coffee machine. The studio area is comfortable 37 square meters (396 square feet)

The M apartment is ideally located in a new residential building in the neighborhood of Lapad in Dubrovnik. It is close to bus station and walking distance to major beaches. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen one bedroom and one bathroom. It has a great terrace with a view and dining table. The apartment also has a parking space.
If you like to experience Dubrovnik, it’s best to come to Cavtat. Old town, beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, hotels swimming pools, all together with nice walking areas, popular rate restaurants, coffee bars, tennis courts, supermarket, bus stop .. are within 5 - 10 minutes walk from the apartment ...but at the same time you are far away from noise of restaurants or traffic and you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing time.
You will easily reach Dubrovnik by regular bus line which runs all day up to the late morning hours ( every 1h during the winter time and every 30min during the spring/summer time ).
The apartment ensures COMPLETE PRIVACY and comfort, which is needed now in this strange times.

From our Villa you will walk into the center along a beautiful coastal path. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way with breathtaking scenery. Cavtat itself is a beautiful town with a lovely Marina and its lovely to sit in one of the bars and watch all of the boats..
2 brand new two bedrooms APPTs ( 65m2 ) are usually for family with kids , or 2 couples .... very comfortable and spacious.
Those two are situated on the 2nd floor ( top floor- nobody above yo u) in the Villa.
Each Appt is for 3-4 guests as it’s with 2 bedrooms.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, comfortable corridor with a large wardrobe/closet , living room with a sofa bed ( 140x200 ) for 2 kids or 1 person sleeping, a bathroom with great shower, fully-equipped kitchen and big table for 6, stunning sea -view balcony with a table and chairs ...
In the Appt there are also: dishwasher, an oven, an iron, a hair-dryer, coffe mashine, TV , air-condition, free Internet access,outside grill, washing machine to use for free ... excellent WiFi for free with high speed 50/MBps.
