Brittany, France’s northwesternmost region, is a hilly peninsula extending out toward the Atlantic Ocean. Its lengthy, rugged coastline is dotted with beach resorts such as chic Dinard and walled Saint-Malo, built on rock in the English Channel. The Pink Granite Coast is famed for its unusual, blush-hued sand and rocks. Brittany is known for its abundant prehistoric menhirs (a type of megalith)
We welcome nomads in our home to make you feel at home while you work and explore Brittany. The rooms for Nomads are on the second floor of our home. These rooms have recently been renovated and are large and have some exposed beams. There is tea and coffee making faculties in each room for those who need a kick start of coffee first thing! Both rooms have bedding and towels provided. Rohan Suite has a large double bed and an en-suite shower room. Sky View Room has two single beds that can be put together as one large super-king bed if this is your preference, this room has a separate large shower room. A buffet-style breakfast is provided for our nomads, served in our guest's dining room. The kitchen is shared with us and can be used throughout the day for cooking for your convenience. All we ask is that the kitchen is left as you would wish to find it. There is a large garden and an area for outside relaxing. A BBQ can be provided if you wish to BBQ outside. We have bikes that Nomads can use while they are here if you would like to explore the area or keep fit while here. Brittany is a fun place to explore we are very central the south coast at Vannes is just 50 minutes Drive and the North coast is 1hr10. There are many smaller typically French towns and villages close by. The Village of Rohan has bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers etc, all you need is just a 5-minute walk away. We are 2 minutes from the Nantes et Brest Canal and the @lavelodyssee cycle route, from our doorstep, you can cycle to Spain or the UK should you wish to take the challenge. :-)
