A well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer ensures easy cooking for the entire family. Equipped with free uncapped fibre wifi and smart TV, as well as boardgames, ensures the entire family is entertained no matter the weather. The house is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and everything necessary for Work-from-home groups. The pearl is located 50m inland from the main beach, close to all langebaan has to offer. Shops and prominent restaurants are an easy 500m walk, with other entertainment spots close by - Sunny park fun park (1km), Mykonos Casino (4km), West coast national Park (10km), West coast Fossil Park (20km). Our hosts speak fluent Afrikaans, English and German. While we don't have a dedicated shuttle, we are happy to arrange one to the Cape Town International Airport if needed.

As Sundaram is a place for recreational health and well being we have a minimum stay policy so you can enjoy all the aspects of living on the property. As we are in the middle of a forest there is a NO FIRE policy. No Braai (Barbeque) facilities are on site.The gas heater coupled with energy efficient construction and design heats the whole house. Please note: There is no TV or Microwave. At times when there is loadshedding signal on your mobile should allow personal Hotspot. As access to our property is down a dirt road we recommend a car with 4wd but its not essential. The nearest local airports are George, PE and Plettenberg Bay
