The South Atlantic coast of Morocco benefits from a mild climate influenced by the cool Canaries Current. In the northern region near Agadir, both winter and summer temperatures are comfortably pleasant. However, the weather becomes more extreme in the far south, near the edge of the Sahara Desert.
