We provide many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you'll never have to wait? We provide regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study. NEIGHBORHOOD Morningside Heights is bursting at the seams with restaurants, shops, bars, parks, and historical sites. Although it may be known for its younger crowd, this area is also known for its beautiful architecture, and for being quieter and calmer than most areas of Manhattan. You have a dedicated bedroom with a KING size bed, a dedicated office desk with 3 monitors and printer, and stationary work bike for those who spend too much time on their laptop. You can work there, or downstairs theres a kitchen island, dining table and comfortable armchair and couches. WiFi is SUPER strong with a backup router for those coders out there ;). As for Play I don't have to tell you what New York City is like, but living in Soho is a dream even most New Yorkers would love to live in....coffee shops, museums, restaurants, beautiful art and people.... Each floor has a full bathrooms (with a shower or jacuzzi tub depending on your desires), the first floor has the bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining and living space and upstairs is the futon couch in the alcove, full bathroom and the bedroom. Note from Owner: I'm a digital nomad that went to Hawaii for a winter beat and want to offer my beautiful home up for other nomads visiting.
