Jacío House is a unique hostel located in El Pagador, near Moya, on the north shore of Gran Canaria - home to some of the best waves in the world. Built in 1902 and recently restored, Jacío House has maintained all of its original essence and charm thanks to exposed wooden beams, original flooring and artisan tiles. The hostel features ample open-air spaces and cozy, clean rooms. All guests gain access to a large inner patio and a terrace, which overlooks the ocean. We also provide free high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a small gym and a cinema lounge. We offer small dorms (up to four people) and private double rooms. All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, secure storage space, electricity plugs, and USB ports. All but one of the rooms are en-suite and there are communal showers and toilets in the hall. Private rooms are also equipped with a TV and a mini-fridge, ensuring the highest level of comfort. All of our guests will receive towels and linens free of charge. Jacío House is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Las Palmas (by car), and a stones throw away from many local beaches, exciting hiking routes, and breathtaking sunset spots. Our apartments have their own car park, fully equipped kitchen, weber gas barbecue and an outdoor table so that you can enjoy tasty meals surrounded by the good weather of Tenerife. And although we know that you will want to spend as much time as possible exploring the island, when you feel like resting on the sofa you have a professional Wi-Fi internet connection (perfect for nomad workers), Smart TV, Netflix and satellite channels. We have three outdoor swimming pools, two seawater pools, next to your apartment. The first one, only 40 cm deep, is exclusive for the youngest ones. Children also deserve their own space to take a dip :-). The main one, measuring 19 x 11 metres, is fantastic for swimming at any time of the year, as it is heated and is always kept at 24ºC. The third one, is the relax pool, a 12 meters heaven space, surrounded by local plants and heated to 35.5ºC. The swimming pools are surrounded by green spaces, excellent for physical exercise, sunbathing, relaxing and having fun with family or friends all day long. All the houses are frontline, just overlooking the boardwalk. Nearby are restaurants, a mini-supermarket, chemists and cashiers. It is a quiet and safe area where you can walk at night. If you don't want to use the car, we are very well communicated, with taxi stops at 100 meters and bus stops at 250 meters. We also have a marina next door and two beautiful golf courses where you can practice your swing. If you feel like taking a walk, at 10-minute walking distance you will reach Los Abrigos, a village famous for its seafood restaurants and typical Canarian food. From our apartment complex you can reach beautiful natural pools and incredible beaches in just a few minutes. La Tejita, for example, is one of the best golden sand beaches in Tenerife. In addition, just a few kilometres away you will find El Médano, a village with a young and vibrant atmosphere, famous for the practice of nautical sports and perfect for having a drink. In its squares you will often find concerts and shows. Also a few minutes drive from your apartment, you can reach the shopping area Las Chafiras, with ATMs, restaurants, fast-food restaurants and, of course, department stores.

The Villa in a quiet residential area, sleeping 2 to 15 guests in 4 self contained apartments within the Villa. We have exceptional space for our guests with 4 apartments which are booked individually (for smaller groups) or altogether for exclusive use (for larger groups). Naturist Apartment with two bedrooms, sleeps 6 Au Naturel Apartment with one bedroom, sleeps 2 Buff Apartment with one bedroom, sleeps 4 Bare Apartment with one bedroom, sleeps 4 Each apartment also has a double sofa bed which can accommodate an additional 2 guests. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The living area of each apartment has a flat screen TV and DVD with complimentary stable 1g fibre optic wifi. The bedrooms have queen size beds 1.8m. There is a private entrance to each apartment with a lock, safe deposit box, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels. Outside there are plenty of sunbathing terraces surrounding the large swimming pool, which is also solar heated. There is a day bed, a private bar and purpose built large barbecue. There is a choice of outdoor hand-made furniture and a large wooden pagoda area with seating to relax. We are fully set up for self catering but would happily organise meals, including our infamous themed events including Paella Night, BBQ Buffet and Cheese and Wine. We can entertain you with Spiritual workshops, spa and massage treatments and yoga at the villa or leave you with your own company. Since our gorgeous Villa is surrounded by high whitewashed walls on all 4 sides, it is totally private. You can walk to the beaches, including naturist beaches, within a few minutes. We are situated just 50 minutes from the airport and can happily organise shuttles. You can walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes. Sotavento beach, famous for all types of surfing, is only 5 minutes away by car. We can rent surf boards, cycles and organise excursions to remote parts of the island only accessible by 4x4 vehicles. If you are passionate about learning a new skill we can arrange surf lessons, hiking and trekking and too many other activities to mention. We welcome large families, sports teams, groups of friends, and special occasion weekends. You can have exclusive use of the Villa for your group if requested with privacy, tranquillity and security guaranteed at all times.
