This lovely 16 bedroom boutique property in the centre of Calangute offers 20,200 square feet of private space and is only a 10-minute walk from Calangute Beach. KEY FEATURES of PHASE 17: The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. This villa is 10 mins walk to Calangute beach and has 16 AC bedrooms & 16 en-suite bathrooms. Lift on premises . Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.. 2 AC’s in the living room Please note this is a 17 BHK villa where by we are keeping 1 bedroom locked during your entire stay making it a 17 BHK villa for 32 adults. No one will enter this premises besides your group and we shall not be giving the single locked room to any other group. Villa has 12 king-size beds & 8 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. Private Swimming Pool measuring 12 * 5 meters + Kids Pool measuring 3 * 5 meters + Jacuzzi + Waterfall + Elephant Showers + Gazebo + Table Tennis + Soft-Touch Archery + Mini Badminton / Basketball Court Jacuzzi measuring 4 * 2 meters (Open ONLY from 10am to 12 noon) Private parking for 12 cars 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite). 24 hours hot water supply 24 Security Guard on Duty Check in at 1 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability. Big buses and tempo travellers are not permitted to park or enter in our villa. Panchayat parking is available for an additional fee one kilometre from the villa. Distances from our property to the airport Dabolim Airport is just 45km approx -- reach in less than 1 hour Mopa Airport is 35km which is ( 45 minutes) away from our villas Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day. Kitchen Facility:* Not available for guest use The commercial kitchen is reserved for our in-house chefs only. Self-cooking is not permitted. Guests may book our chef service at an additional cost for meal preparation. Outside caterers are not permitted to use or enter the commercial kitchen area. Party Room - You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
