Description

This hidden gem is formed from a collection of beautifully restored trulli and traditional stone barns, each retaining its original character while offering comfort throughout the year. The main entrance opens into the spacious, open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Once an old barn, this welcoming room celebrates the building’s original architecture, with substantial wooden beams, traditional local chianche stone floors and softly finished natural walls. Handmade blue wooden windows frame peaceful views across the olive grove and woodland. The living area includes an olive-wood dining table with four contemporary chairs and a generous sofa bed in soft, natural tones. A ceramic pellet stove creates a wonderfully cosy atmosphere during the cooler months, while air conditioning keeps the space comfortable in summer. A distinctive feature wall houses a large Smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. At the opposite end of the barn is a stylish U-shaped kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances and everything needed for preparing relaxed breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. THE KING-SIZE BEDROOM Leading from the main living space, the king-size bedroom occupies another lovingly restored stone barn. It features traditional stone flooring, a large handmade wooden bed and individually designed furniture, including bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Particular attention has been given to comfort, with a quality memory-foam mattress, crisp white Egyptian-cotton bed linen and soft, luxurious pillows. Air conditioning and internal electric blinds help create a cool, restful sleeping environment. THE TRULLO ROOM A second room leads directly from the main living area and sits beneath the beautiful conical roof of an original trullo. The height and shape of the stone ceiling give this intimate space a remarkable feeling of light and tranquillity. Furnished with a sofa bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and generous hanging space, it can be used as an additional sleeping area or during longer winter stays, this room can be transformed into a private home office with a proper desk, comfortable office chair, good lighting and fast Wi-Fi—creating a peaceful, dedicated workspace for digital nomads and remote workers. THE BATHROOM The trullo room connects to the final trullo, which houses the characterful main bathroom. It includes a large walk-in shower, a substantial stone basin, WC and bidet, all sensitively incorporated into the original stone architecture. A SPECIAL PLACE FOR NATURE LOVERS and is more than simply a place to stay—it offers an opportunity to become immersed in the peaceful Puglian countryside. The property occupies a secluded hillside surrounded by woodland, olive groves, vineyards and farmland, far from busy towns, streetlights and neighbouring houses. Days are accompanied by birdsong, while the absence of light pollution reveals wonderfully clear, star-filled skies at night. Because the property shares this unspoilt environment with nature, guests may occasionally encounter birds, butterflies, lizards, insects, cats, sheep, goats and other harmless countryside inhabitants. This is a natural part of rural life and reflects the secluded, untouched character of the surroundings. This nomad ready stay is best suited to guests who appreciate tranquillity, wildlife, fresh air and authentic countryside living. If you are looking for a genuine escape and a deeper connection with nature, we warmly welcome you.
