The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. ? This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 4BHK villa (PHASE1). Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed. ? Villa has 4 king-size beds & 5 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. ? Check in at 1 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ?The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 1. ? Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day. ? 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site). ? Parking is compounded for 2 Cars. ?Big buses and tempo travellers are not permitted to park or enter in our villa. Panchayat parking is available for an additional fee one kilometre from the villa. ? Distances from our property to the airport Dabolim Airport is just 45km approx -- reach in less than 1 hour Mopa Airport is 35km which is ( 45 minutes) away from our villas The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks Book A Chef Experience and Customise Your Meals.
