Desk Facing A Private 15-Hectare Lake
High-Speed Fiber (110 Mbps) For Remote Work

Description

By car only. The property is located less than 3 hours away from Paris, Lyon, and Clermont-Ferrand. The nearest train stations are Nevers or Moulins. High-speed fiber internet (110 Mbps). A dedicated remote-work desk is ideally placed right in front of a window overlooking our private 15-hectare lake. It is a peaceful, inspiring, and productive environment. A car is absolutely necessary to access the stay and explore the region. No 4x4 needed, standard roads lead perfectly to the property. Just 5 km away in our village, you will find essential shops and services: an artisanal bakery, an artisanal butcher, a local restaurant serving fresh and seasonal products, a pharmacy, a post office, and a traditional bar/tabac. For larger supermarkets, you can easily drive to the nearby towns of Dornes or Decize (about 10 to 15 minutes away). A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cookware and utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are available on-site for your exclusive use during your stay. The house is right on the edge of our private 15-hectare lake, nestled in a forest with beautiful walking paths starting directly from the gîte. This property has been a beloved family home for 5 generations. The region is rich in historical heritage and gastronomy, easily offering enough visits and activities for a full two weeks. Nearby, you can go horseback riding, play tennis, or canoe on a beautiful river. There are also an amusement park, a zoo, and a unique 19th-century coal mine to visit underground! Being on-site, I will be delighted to help you organize your stay, as I love sharing the hidden gems of our beautiful region. By car only.
