Nomad Stays Unrelated to Rent Remote

Nomad Stays wishes to make it very clear that the currently named business, "Rent Remote", has no relationship with our business, "Nomad Stays".
"Rent Remote" is the latest name for a company that once tried operating as "Nomad Stay". A name that infringes upon our trademarks and intellectual property. "Rent Remote" has operated using a range of others names too included "Boundra" and "Settle Stays" and is led by Remy Broun, who claims to be a "Software Engineer at Apple" on his personal domain and LinkedIn profile.
Following an exchange of letters from our legal counsel "Nomad Stay" changed their name to "Rent Remote". However in clear violation of our trademark "Rent Remote" continues to retain email names and redirect domains including www.nomadstay.com to rentremote.com despite our instructions to cease use of the domain name, and relinquish the domain name.
"Rent Remote" continues to reference "Nomad Stay" on their website and use nomadstay.com for emails (MX records) in violation of our trademarks, copyright and other Intellectual Property.
Nomad Stays ® is the registered business and/or company name in over 5 countries with a range of trademarks around the world. Nomad Stays ® is the world's leading dedicated accommodation booking platform for digital nomads. Nomad Stays ® also conducts business in a legal and ethical manner that sees us collecting all required taxes on our transactions and business, and reporting to the authorities where required.
Nomad Stays ® is active in shutting down imposters, fraudulent operators, copiers, and other people infringing our rights with success in over 25 cases to date.
People engaging with "Nomad Stay" as operated by "Rent Remote" should be aware that they are not engaging with any representative, legal or otherwise, of "Nomad Stays".
