Each Stay on Nomad Stays controls thier own cancellation policy.

Below is a summary of major Cancellation Policies adopted by our Stays

Example

On 1 February, Mary books a 3 week stay at Super Surf Ranch beginning 22 April.

Super Surf Ranch offer the Flexible Cancellation Policy.

On 31 March Mary changes her mind and cancels the booking using the cancellation process on the Nomad Stays site.

As 31 March falls into the ‘Adequate Notice’ free cancellation period, Mary is entitled to a 100% credit of her booking fee.

If Mary had waited until 1 April to cancel then she would not be entitled to any credit, as 1 April is the first date in the 3-week Restricted Period which runs from 1 to 21 April.

  • Restricted Period: begins 3 weeks before 22 April, i.e. 00:01 UTC on 1 April
