Growing up in a hotel and going to hospality school
I grew up in a charming 3-star hotel in Seis am Schlern/Siusi allo Sciliar, where I started helping my parents from a young age. My passion for hospitality led me to attend the hospitality school in Meran (Savoy - Kaiserhof), where I honed my skills and deepened my knowledge. After my studies, I embarked on a culinary journey, working as a chef in various locations around the world, including Australia, Austria, Italy, and South Africa.

Working in several departments within a corporate
I spent 8 incredible years at Booking.com, starting as a coordinator and working my way up to become a trainer in the Customer Service offices. My journey allowed me to gain extensive experience in customer relations and team development. Later, I transitioned into the role of Account Manager, where I managed relationships and growth strategies for the Italian, Austrian, and German markets. I also played a key role in fostering new partnerships and driving business growth.
